Abstract

“Greece, after the Revolution (1821), was immediately organised as a constitutional state. The written constitutions of Epidaurus, Troizina and Astros are complete constitutional texts, which emerged through representative assemblies, which, as representatives of the people, exercised primary editorial power and established a specific constitutional form of government.

“Even the constitutional deviations of the first governor were defined by the constitutional framework in place and were governed by it, despite the fact that they manifested themselves in emergency powers.”
