Abstract
The top event of modern Greek history unfolds through the eyes of the heroes in six episodes, which crown Skai’s tributes marking the bicentenary of the Greek Revolution. The emblematic figures of the revolution, the course of their lives, their participation and contribution to the struggle. Remarkable actors in the leading roles, more than 700 supporting actors, great agents in the preparation and production, shooting in 50 different locations inside and outside Attica, in museums and on ships, impressive clothes and equipment of the time, partially capture the scale of this perfect production. Historian present and analyse the general historical context in the years of the 1821 Revolution and analyse aspects of the personality of each hero. Most of the narrative and interviews consist of dramatised scenes and graphic representations.
