Abstract

A teacher and his students attempt a display on the Google My Maps platform of the events mentioned in the history textbook of the 6th grade. The events are presented separately by chronological period and by category. The data symbols vary depending on the events (for example, Uprisings and local revolutions, battles, naval battles, treaties, deaths of personalities, etc.). Also, the events of each year are displayed in a different colour. The events are accompanied by detailed information as well as photographic material. The project description provides basic instructions for the use of the platform by visitors, who can manage the display of information, by selecting and deselecting the years that interest them.
