Abstract
An online event dedicated to Ioannis Kapodistrias, who was much more than the first governor of Greece. He was a nobleman, a symbol of the Greek man. A genuine mix of the two main heroes of the Homeric epics. He had the ingenuity of Odysseus and the courage of Achilles, values that guided Hellenism through the millennia. The whole education of this exceptional human was based on giving his all for Greece. Kapodistrias literally sacrificed his life many times before sacrificing in reality.
