Abstract
The Messiniaki Amfiktyonia is hosting a series of online lectures with distinguished personalities to celebrate the bicentenary of the Greek Revolution. The third talk focuses on the importance of language and freedom in the work of Solomos, especially the philosophical and aesthetic beliefs of the poet about language. It seeks to guide the thoughts and feelings of listeners in order to help them get to know the national poet from another point of view and to deepen their awareness of his innermost thoughts that led him to the realisation of his creations.
