Abstract
As part of the summer educational activities for children at the Central Public Library of Larissa, children aged 9-12 years took part in the educational activity entitled :Heroes of 1821: I get inspired and I create”. Under the guidance of teachers Irini Kollatou and Vasiliki Karamitrou, stories of the lives and actions of heroes of the 1821 Revolution were presented in a short, pleasant and interactive way. The children participated with joy and enthusiasm both in the presentation and in the implementation of the educational activities.
