Abstract
A new educational material that constitutes another proposal for teaching subjects of history and democracy. It is based on modern pedagogical concepts, which allow the student to research, discover, develop critical thinking, understand the concept of individual and social responsibility borne by the citizen of any democratic society. Action is linked to thought and students are involved in a process of investigating a world, often unknown to them. Historical events are approached as completed human actions, important for the study and evaluation of the social and political framework, as it had been formed at the end of the 18th and the beginning of the 19th centuries.
