Nikoleta Koutsomichali

Nikoleta Koutsomichali is a history graduate of the Department of History and Archaeology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2003–2008). In 2019 she obtained her master’s from the Democritus University of Thrace in Interdisciplinary Approaches to Local History Studies on the topic of “The tobacco warehouses of Genisea and Xanthi: History, Topography and Architecture”. She is a PhD candidate in the Department of History and Ethnology of Democritus University of Thrace with a thesis on “Public ceremonies and celebrations for the anniversary of 1821 in postwar Thrace”. She has worked in the private and public education sector.
